How long do I have to return an item?
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
What condition must items be in?
Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and suitable for resale.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, certain sealed items (such as half socks) are not eligible for return.
How do I start a return?

Is there a return fee?
Yes. A return fee of €10,50 (VAT 0%) is deducted from the refund to cover return shipping and handling.
When will I receive my refund?
Returns are processed within 14 business days after we receive the items, and refunds are issued using the original payment method.
What about delivery fees?
Delivery fees are refunded only if the entire order is returned.
