These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed in the La Pirouette online store (LaPirouette.com). We sell products to consumer customers within the EU area, excluding Finland (orders to Finland & Åland: Piruetti.fi). All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Prices
Product prices are displayed in the online store. Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. The applicable VAT rate is determined by the delivery country. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges.
Ordering
Orders can only be placed through the online store. An order becomes binding once the customer has confirmed the products in the shopping cart and completed payment. An order confirmation will be sent by email. We reserve the right to refuse an order, for example in case of stock discrepancies.

Payment processing is provided by Paytrail (Paytrail Oyj, Finland).
Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. After dispatch, the estimated delivery time depends on the selected delivery address and method, but orders typically arrive within 2–8 business days from shipment. A tracking code will be sent to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
If delivery is significantly delayed, the customer has the right to cancel the order. However, we recommend contacting customer service or the carrier first to clarify the situation.

We deliver to all EU member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
We offer deliveries to Finland (including Åland) via our Finnish site: Piruetti.fi.

Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving them. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and suitable for resale. The right of return does not apply to sealed hygiene products such as half socks.
To initiate a return, please contact customer service for instructions.
A return fee of €10.50 (VAT 0%) will be charged to cover return costs. The fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once received, returns are processed within 14 business days. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Delivery charges will be refunded only if all items in the order are returned.
Failure to collect an order from the pick-up point does not constitute a cancellation or return. We reserve the right to charge costs incurred from shipping and returning uncollected orders. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
Exchanges
We do not process product exchanges. You may return an unused item in accordance with our return instructions and will receive a refund of the purchase price minus the return fee. If you would like a replacement item, please place a new order.
Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is defective or damaged, the customer may submit a claim by email. In such cases we provide repairs, replacement products, or refunds in accordance with consumer protection laws.

These terms and any agreements are governed by Finnish law and applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
